Sign Your Restaurant Up To Participate

We invite you to showcase your restaurant at one of the top culinary events in the Southeast with over 7000 foodies in attendance annually. Show off your talents with the preparation of fresh Gulf oysters side-by-side with all-star chefs from across the country on the sugar sand beaches of Gulf Shores, AL, November 4, 2017.

Each team must prepare a minimum of two oyster styles including Rockefeller, Cajun and create your own raw oyster dish. In addition to your oyster dishes, we’d love for you to present a signature dish of your choosing. All bets are off, just let us know what you plan to bring.

Entry fee is $250 until June 1 and $300 until September 1.
