Over 40 chefs will compete in three categories (Cajun, Rockefeller, Create Your Own Raw) for the best oyster and you have the chance to taste them all. Still not enough oysters for you? Discover your favorite variety at the North American Raw Oyster Bar, featuring curated oysters from across the continent.
Admission to the Oyster Cook-Off is $10. Oyster tasting tickets are also available. Admission to the Friday Craft Beer Festival, presented by AL.com is $40 and includes specialty beer from all of the craft brewers.
